Objectives
Share Stories Beyond Online PlatformsBy harnessing live peer support, we're able to give & receive encouragement while also sharing resources, finding similarities with each other, & making new connections. You are not alone, and help & hope are real.
|
Develop Tools to Maintain WellnessIf we as teens are able to build coping strategies for ourselves early on, explore existing resources for wellness, & learn how to seek help comfortably, this will help us immensely going forward.
|
Continue the ConversationThis conference will kick-off a movement to talk about our mental health fearlessly. We will encourage all participants to continue sharing their stories in order to inspire their peers to do the same. Let's fight the stigma.

*Due to scheduling limitations, the 2017 Teen Wellness Conference will be held on September 30, 2017, which is also the Jewish holiday of Yom Kippur. We apologize for any conflict this may cause. Because the conference program is centered around health and wellness, we invite those observing Yom Kippur to join us, even while abstaining from food and drink. Thank you for your understanding.
