EXERCISE

Physical activity for at least 1 hour per day will not only relieve stress, but will give you an energy boost, improve self-esteem, strengthen your bones, grow your concentration span, & make your heart healthy (American Academy of Pediatrics).

Helpful exercise apps:
Sworkit, Daily Workouts, or Daily Burn.

By adding daily exercise into your life, you will feel energized, alive, & positive. This leads to the feel-good-do-good phenomenon, which means you will start "doing good" or demonstrating compassion, as you are feeling good after exercise. Helping others will once again boost your mood & make you feel even better about yourself; it's a win-win cycle.

The simple uplifting benevolence - that can result from the release of endorphins & "happy chemicals" as you are physically active - is another incredible stress-reliever to incorporate in your daily routines.
